These Terms of Use govern your use of Claim Calculator Pro. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Informational estimate only
Claim Calculator Pro provides informational estimates based on the answers you supply and assumptions used by the estimation model. Results are not settlement offers, guarantees, legal opinions, appraisals, or predictions of what you will actually receive.
Actual claim values vary
Actual workers' compensation claim and settlement values may be substantially higher or lower because of medical evidence, disability, wages, future treatment, work restrictions, apportionment, disputed issues, settlement structure, procedural developments, and other facts not fully captured by the estimator.
Attorney-related estimate labels
Any figures described as values without attorney representation or potential values with attorney representation are model scenarios used by the estimator. They do not measure the performance of a particular attorney and do not mean that hiring an attorney will increase a claim by a stated amount. Hiring an attorney does not guarantee a higher settlement or any particular result.
No legal advice or attorney-client relationship
Claim Calculator Pro is an informational service and is not a law firm. The estimator is not a substitute for individualized legal advice. Using the estimator, unlocking a result, or requesting a consultation does not itself create an attorney-client relationship.
Lawyer consultation requests
If you affirmatively request a consultation and provide referral consent, Claim Calculator Pro may use the contact, claim, and health-related information you provided for referral handling and may share it with a participating workers' compensation law firm so the firm can contact you and determine whether it can assist you. A request does not guarantee contact, representation, or acceptance of your matter by any law firm.
Your information
You are responsible for providing information you are authorized to provide. Estimates depend on the accuracy and completeness of your answers. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service and may update the estimation model or these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit automated, fraudulent, or abusive requests, attempt to bypass security controls, or attempt to access nonpublic valuation logic, systems, or data.
Third-party law firms and services
Participating law firms and third-party service providers are separate from Claim Calculator Pro. Their services, decisions, communications, and professional relationships are governed by their own terms and obligations.
